Help wanted!

We can always use more skinners who can create textures from scratch for parts we add to the models, let us know if you're interested in helping out

Any custom modellers who want to add their models to this thread are welcome to, please contact us for details

We could use someone familiar with jQuery's xml functions, jParse or other method of reading xml files to help make a better model/tech tree browser. Custom model of your choice for your help :)

    Just to mention also that once new members join and have proved themselves trustworthy, the full range of modelling guides and tools are made freely available to them.
    This is an excellent opportunaty to learn new skills, and workflows and shouldn't be dimissed.

      Hey, are you still looking for skinners?
      I have over 2 years of experience modelling and skinning for a game caled Star Wars Battlefront II, my models from scratch were meh, but my textures always fitted my purposes.

      some tips for your Tiger:
      - open tiger.xml and panther.xml and copy all and from Pz V to Pz VI. That will fix not animated wheel.
      - open chassis.model and delete and

      I don't know why, but if I use brackets it's not displayed later.
      In first it was wheels and drivingwheels
      In second extent and parent.

    You mean you had problems with the pzVI.xml ?

    All i do just add those WD_R2 and WD_L2 like this :

    <-wheel->
    <-isLeft-> true <-/isLeft->
    <-name->WD_L2<-/name->
    <-radius>0.327
    <-/wheel->

    I'm trying to convert Elmis66's T-34/88 mod for the VK3001P to the Vk3001H, but I've gotten problems with the chassis. I've tried what pat94 said, but it didn't work at all. Is there another thing I can do?

    help please can you make a tutorial about this i can't make it work
    The files only show this files:
    normal folder
    extras_NM.dds extras.dds
    PzIII.dds extras_SM.dds
    Stug_III_CM.dds Stug_III.dds
    Stug_III_NM.dds Stug_III_crash.dds
    thingy Stug_III_SM.dds

    That is the only files that show up when i open the file cannot change to that kind of stug III please help

    I'm interested in helping, but I can still only do simple skinning, I'm wodering if you can teach me about remodelling and retexturing as I'm so interested in those thing.

    My work is mostly a mixing from your remodel and other's skin that make a new awesome skin.
