Serpenta's crew from M36 put into first turret of T25/2. Second turret changed to first.
Update: link updated. Now including crash model, so second turret won't get back the cover, and changes long 90mm to 90mm from upgraded M36 turret.

Changelog:

1. Hull - added sandbag armor supported by two logs, and a set of sprare road wheels to the front, added two tarps to the rear part os left side;
2. Stock turret - added crew (yay ^^), corrected MG position, added rolled tarp to right side;
3. Upgraded turred - same changes as to stock and removed top covers, added some sandbags for crew protection instead;
4. Texture - unit marked as vehicle no. 40107895 of 82nd Airborne, 703rd TD battalion, company A, added american stars (recognizable from distance ^^) to the side of turrets

You might want to have remove default decals so they don't overlap. To install just copy archive contents to your wot root folder. This is normal model only, crash will be released later (have to be done first :P). Cheers!
